Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) governs the use of the Serverfy platform. You are entirely responsible for the content, applications, and traffic running on the servers managed by Serverfy.

You strictly agree NOT to use Serverfy to provision or manage servers that engage in, host, or facilitate:

1. Cryptocurrency Mining: Operating mining pools, nodes, or plotting software.
2. Malicious Activities: Hosting malware, botnets, phishing sites, or executing DDoS attacks.
3. Spam: Sending unsolicited bulk emails or SMS.
4. Illegal Content: Hosting content that violates intellectual property laws, distributes illicit material, or promotes terrorism and violence.
5. Network Abuse: Running unauthorized network scanners, open proxies, or TOR exit nodes.

We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your Serverfy account—and disconnect our management daemon from your servers—without notice or refund if we detect a violation of this AUP.
